SPACA is pleased to announce the official launch of its MCST Warranty Scheme, a landmark initiative designed to supportconsistency, accountability, and quality across the coatings industry.
Key Highlights:• MCST Warranty (J&S) : Offers shared responsibility between suppliers and contractors for workmanship and product reliability.• MCST Warranty Product: Ensures performance standards for coatings used in estate repainting projects.
Development Approach:• Led by SPACA’s legal advisor• Developed with input from manufacturers, applicators, property managers, and legal experts• Endorsed by SPACA’s Working Team and Executive Committee
Warranty Objectives:• Minimize litigation• Promote fair and transparent warranty terms• Strengthen quality assurance• Define clear liability parameters• Align with regulatory compliance standards
